When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, shipping times depend on your location. Here's an estimated delivery timeline:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We partner with a global on-demand order fulfillment network. Your order may be shipped from one of our facilities located around the world, depending on your shipping destination.
Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
For international orders, additional customs fees and taxes may apply. These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office to find out if duties or taxes will apply to your order.
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, here are a few steps to take before contacting us:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
- Check with your local post office to see if your package is being held.
- Ask your neighbors in case the delivery driver left the package with them.
If the address is correct and your package isn't at the post office or with a neighbor, please reach out to us at hello@cleanbreaksurfwear.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you further.
If you find a mistake in the shipping address, we can send you a replacement order; however, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the replacement.
